PARIS RE is now a member of the PartnerRe Group. The combined entity is expected to:

• Increase the available capacity

• Improve diversification to strengthen further financial stability over time

• Enhance underwriting expertise to offer broader reinsurance solutions to clients’ needs

Meanwhile, until June 30, 2010, PARIS RE will conduct its renewals independently.
