On December 7, 2009, and at the end of a multi step acquisition, PartnerRe Ltd (“PartnerRe”) acquired PARIS RE Holdings Limited ("PARIS RE).
PARIS RE’s shares were delisted from NYSE Euronext Paris, on December 10, 2009.
PARIS RE and PartnerRe will continue to renew their respective books of business separately until June 30, 2010.
